At first glance, a Rubik’s Cube looks complex — colorful, dynamic, and constantly changing with every twist. That’s exactly how we at CYBERTEC see our PostgreSQL partner ecosystem. Each side — whether a system integrator, technology partner, value-added reseller, or service provider — brings its own unique strength. And when all sides align, the result is powerful: a complete, well-structured ecosystem that works seamlessly together.

Most importantly, this collaboration doesn’t just benefit the partners themselves — it creates tangible value for all our customers across the ecosystem.

A tradition continues

Following the success of last year, we once again brought our partners together right after PGDay Austria — this year on September 5, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Vienna. The morning began with coffee, snacks, and a warm opening session, followed by a recap of what we’ve achieved together over the past year.

Introducing new partners to the network

One of the highlights was introducing the partners we onboarded during the past year to the wider ecosystem. Strengthening these connections is key — it helps newcomers integrate quickly and opens doors for collaboration with long-standing partners.

This year, we introduced: FerretDB, Readyset, Liberatii, Redgate, metalstack, Nibble IT, Opensource DB, Dbvisit, Reforms21, Anaxmander, Xynomics, and Hopla. Each of them expands the reach and diversity of our PostgreSQL ecosystem, whether through technology innovation, regional expertise, or complementary services.

Sharing knowledge and celebrating success

As in previous years, the day balanced knowledge-sharing, strategy, and celebration:

• Product updates from CYBERTEC offered insights into recent developments and upcoming features.
• A regional panel discussion featuring Paxia, OpensourceDB, and a partner from South Africa explored daily challenges and different approaches across regions, sparking lively debate.
• The Partner Awards once again honored outstanding contributions. Congratulations to Proventa, Cloudway, and — new this year — Readyset for their exceptional collaboration and impact.
• We shared Go-to-Market updates, including follow-ups on the feedback gathered at last year’s event, and reviewed how these insights helped us shape strategy for 2025.

Networking, dinner, and Vienna at its best

Of course, it wouldn’t be a CYBERTEC partner event without time to network and have fun. Over plenty of coffee and informal conversations, new ideas took shape. To close the day, we walked through Vienna’s historic center and enjoyed a medieval knight’s dinner — an unforgettable way to continue conversations and strengthen relationships beyond business.

Looking ahead
